Prayer Needed ~ Baby Boy Robbins

My friend Rob sent an email this morning about his wife Michelle. She is 20 weeks pregnant with their second pregnancy. Michelle's first pregnancy ended in premature birth of their daughter at 22 weeks, Hannah did not survive.

Michelle had a cerclage done at 13 weeks to keep the baby inside of her and at their 20 week checkup, they discovered that her cervix is already beginning to shorten. This is not good. The doctors are not super worried just yet, but will be watching her carefully. She will be going in weekly to see if any more changes occur. She is not on bedrest yet, but this is a definite possibility in the near future.

The probability of a premature baby is inevitable, but they are hoping that this time they'll get farther along so as to insure the survival of the baby.

Please pray that Michelle will remain healthy and able to carry this baby to term.
